Pupils must be present for the morning assembly, which will be conducted at 8:25 a.m. The school gates will be closed at 8:30 a.m. thereafter, the children will not be allowed to enter the school.
The pupils from Class I to Class X have to maintain diaries for home assignment and remarks by the principal and teachers. Parents are requested to check and sign the diary every day. It is an important instrument of feedback between the school and the parents/guardians. Kindly read and sign it every day.
The teachers of our school are not permitted to take tuition from our school children. Please inform us in case you find any violation of this rule.
Uniform for girls: Light blue shirt and navy blue
skirt: pattern as prescribed by the school Tie, Belt, Black shoes, navy blue socks, and light blue ribbons.
Uniform for boys: Light blue shirt and navy blue Shorts/ full Pants: pattern as prescribed by the school Tie, Belt, Black Shoes and Navy blue socks Hair should well trim and combed. Shoes should be well polished. Socks proper.
Special Note:
- Girls must not put Mehendi and nail polish in the school.
- Girls must comb their properly and tie two plaits and put ribbons matching to shirt color Students not allowed with religious dresses and Malas.
- Fees are to be paid for the full academic year that comprises of 12 months, i.e. June to May. Fees are to be paid an alternate month, for two months at a time.
- The school fees are to be paid latest by the 10th of the due month. A fine of Rs 5.00 per day will be collected in case the fee is paid from 11th to 20th of the month. Thereafter, the name of the child will be deleted. Re-admission fees of Rs. 100.00 will be charged after 20th of the due month.
- Fees once paid are not refundable even if the child does not attend the school for a single day for any reason after the completion of admission formalities.
- Please produce the fees card at the time of payment of the fees and ensure the fee card is filled correctly, initialed and stamped by the school clerk. Also, collect a separate receipt from the clerk for the amount paid.
- Fees will be collected from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on any working day.
Every day a test is conducted in one of the subjects for all classes from Class I to X. The schedule of these tests is given to students well in advance. These tests help the teachers and the Principal in assessing and knowing the assimilating capacity of students and help them in preparation for examinations.

Class X: The school holds two preparatory Examinations for the students of class X i.e., HOPE-1 and HOPE-2 before the students appear for SSC Board Examinations.
There are mainly two criterions for the promotion of the students to the next class:
- A student must have 90% attendance.
- Must obtain D grade to be promoted to the next class.
Withdrawal Rules :
- Notice of withdrawal of a pupil must be given in writing.
- No leaving certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid fully with
- Students should be respectful and polite towards teachers, staff and other students.
- In case of unauthorized absence exceeding fifteen calendar days, the defaulter’s name will be struck off the roll and considered withdrawn.
- No book, periodicals or newspapers of an objectionable nature shall be brought into the school.
- Any damage done to school property should be replaced by the pupil concerned.
- Parents and guardians are not allowed to see their children or interview teachers during school hours.
- Admission to the school is totally at the discretion of the management.
- Students are not allowed to carry mobiles on the school premises.
- To write or draw on the blackboard, to write words, offensive to anyone, or anything else are things absolutely to be avoided.
- Keep the floor clean by allowing no paper etc. to fall on it.
- Cleanliness and purity of soul are reflected by a clean exterior.
- Speak no ill of your school mates, or of the discipline management of the school.
- Do not arrive late for school.
- Do not enter the school without proper uniform.
- Do not come to the school in fancy shoes, slippers, and dresses.
- Do not talk loudly in class and school campus.
- Be watchful while walking or riding vehicle on the roads
- Viewing late nights T.V. must be avoided.
- No student is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours. Defaulters will be liable for disciplinary action.
- The medium of instruction of TINY – TOTS PUBLIC SCHOOL is the English language. Hence it is expected that every child must speak in the English language. It is our earnest desire that the parents/guardians should keep reminding their children/wards that they must converse in the English language during the school hours.
